In 2005, Andrew shifted his focus to executive search, assuming the role of CEO at TMS Asia Pacific, where he made significant contributions to HR practices within the talent acquisition field. Over the years, he has built a reputation as one of the foremost experts in recruitment and talent management, consistently demonstrating his ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent in a competitive marketplace.
