UKULELE INSTRUCTOR
Job description
We are looking for passionate freelance musicians with a love a for teaching to join the Metropolitan YMCA and inspire young minds through the joy of ukulele music.
Responsibilities
Inspire and engage children aged 5-12 years through conducting lively ukulele lessons.
Teach at various locations with our guided lesson plans.
Ensure lessons align with our core values and policies.
To conduct assessments and record children’s progress at the end of each term.
Maintain high standards of safety and hygiene during classes.
Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
Maintain and care for all assigned ukuleles.
Requirements:
Skilled in playing the ukulele, preferably with formal training or certification.
Passionate about educating children and making learning fun.
Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
Job Types: Freelance
Salary: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour nett
Schedule: Classes are conducted at various locations and times across Singapore.
Instructors may choose classes based on their availability, preferred schedules, and preferred locations.
